Canada gets rid of the Penny

Canada has offically stopped making the penny and will start pulling them from circulation in the fall of this year.

The U.S WILL be following soon!  Buy copper pennies now before you miss your opportunity to double or triple your money.

Change is coming to pennies and nickels!

IS change coming to pennies and nickels?  I would say yes!  In 2013 I believe there will be a composition change of some sort to U.S coinage.

So , is the “secret” out?! I guess many will try out penny hording now, but will then get out of it after they see that it takes a lot of work and dedication. 3.How can I get a 50$ box of pennies from a bank? Go to a bank where you have an account and kindly ask the teller.

4.How much are pre-1982 pennies worth?” Wheat pennies” with wheat on the back instead of the lincon memorial are in general worth more than the copper content. Othe pre-1983 coins are worth melt value which changes according to the price of copper. At the moment December 12  2011 one penny is worth around $0.024 or almost 3 cents.

5.What is “Melt Value” ? This is the value of the raw materials in a penny, coin or other object if it were to be melted. At the moment it is illegal to melt US coins.
